Refund & Returns Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Email support@fanbeam.store with your order number and, if relevant, photos of the issue. We reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back before receiving instructions.

• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer and the original free-shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we approve or decline the refund and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to display the credit.

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• Custom or personalised requests outside our standard catalogue.
• Items damaged by misuse, modification or outdoor exposure.
